IT asset disposition (ITAD) is the process of retiring old IT equipment safely: collecting it, destroying the data on it, and then reselling or recycling the hardware with full records. Our ITAD process
- Asset list and offer. We review your list and quote for buy-back or disposal.
- Secure collection. Our team de-installs, packs and loads. Drives are counted and logged by serial number on site.
- Chain of custody. Equipment travels directly to our warehouse, with a signed collection record.
- Data destruction. Drives are wiped, degaussed or shredded, as agreed.
- Audit and grading. Each item is tested, graded and valued.
- Reports and payment. You receive the certificate, the asset report and payment.

Yes. If drives cannot leave your building, we can shred them on site while your team watches.
What does the Certificate of Data Destruction include?
The serial number of every drive and device, the destruction method, the date, the chain-of-custody record from pickup to our warehouse, and our signature.
Do you still pay for equipment that goes through ITAD?
Yes. Wiped equipment that can be resold is bought at market value, so ITAD usually returns cash instead of costing you money.
